Hosted by St Paul’s Cray Church of England Primary School, where colleagues engaged in a powerful and inspiring EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging) session. The event featured a thought-provoking guest panel that encouraged open dialogue, reflection, and shared understanding across our Trust community. The session created a welcoming and inclusive space for meaningful conversations, with valuable contributions from David Hull-Watters, Ije Mcdougall, and Lisa Lloyd, whose insights and experiences made a lasting impact on everyone attending.  Followed by a great input on Precision Teaching from our very own CEO, Peter Rhodes.
